Your order will arrive in a plain unmarked Jiffy Bag, which will have only your Address On the Front, there will be no mention of its contents and no mention of Superior Condoms, our website, etc anywhere on your package. It will e delivered in your normal post by Royal Mail.

Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday, will be dispatched first class the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm may be sent out the next day. Royal Mail normal turnaround is 1 to 3 working days. Any larger orders of £50 or over will be sent First Class Recorded and will require a signature on delivery.

If you have received an order through the post, and when the package arrives the jiffy bag has been badly damaged in transit, or appears to have been tampered with in anyway please contact us ASAP and do not use any of the products.Due to the type of products we supply, if the packaging in which it has been sent, has been badly damaged we advise that the products are NOT used. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange for new products to be sent out in exchange.

At present, Superior Condoms only accept orders over the Internet, however we hope to soon be offering telephone and mail order.

Yes, all orders can be paid directly with Paypal, many of our customers find it quick and easy to pay with paypal. At checkout simply select paypal and it will go through the steps. Paying with paypal is the exactly the same as paying with your credit/debit card, your order will be sent out that same day.

We can process Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo and Switch debit/credit cards. We also accept Paypal. We currently only take orders online.

Once you have placed your order and have paid for the order online, if you find that the value debited from your card is more than it should be please contact us ASAP and we will refund the amount back to your card. This has never happened in the past with our systems, but should it happen please contact our support team.

If you place an order and then decide to cancel within 14 days, we will refund the total amount back to your card if the goods have not yet been dispatched. If you have already received your order, you will be required to send the goods back to us at your own cost. No refunds will be carried out until we receive the goods back in original packaging. Once you have paid for your order from Superior Condoms with your card it will appear on your credit card/bank statement as "Superior Wellbeing Ltd", there will be no mention of condoms. 17. Where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to Superior Condoms unopened. Superior Condoms will refund you the purchase price of the goods, less 30% to cover postage and handling fees.

Once Superior Condoms receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited to Superior Condoms from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Superior Condoms in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to superior Condoms.
19. Superior Condoms reserves the right to make a 25% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion. Superior Condoms also reserves the right to make a charge for collecting goods from your premises in circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
20. Registered users are permitted to post reviews on products provided that they comply with our Customer Review Guidelines.
