- Is it safe to enter my card number online?
All financial transactions are processed by Paypal. Their payments system accepts all credit cards, as well as Paypal account payments. Superior Condoms does not have any access to your financial information. Our website is secured by ekmpowershop who are a large UK website provider and hosting company.
- Why did my credit card authorization fail?
Occassionally your card authorization may fail. Please try again, and if you experience continued problems, please contact us at admin@superiorcondoms.com
- How will the payment appear on my card statement?
Any line item appearing on your credit card or bank statement will state Superior Wellbeing Limited.
- What are the expiry dates on the condoms you sell?
We try wherever possible to supply condoms with expiry dates in excess of three years however in some cases this is not possible.
- How long does delivery take?
We send all of our orders by first class mail on the UK mainland. Typically this will take between one and two working days. Generally we will dispatch your order on the day that it is received. If this is not the case then it will be on the next working day.
All European orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post. Please allow seven - ten days for your parcel to travel through the postal system.

- If I placed an order days ago and it has not arrived, what should I do?
Please email us at admin@superiorcondoms.com, providing all your order details from your order confirmation email. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when prompted and keep your order conformation email. This email will have all your order details and it will make it much easier to find out what is going on.
- I do not have a credit or debit card, can I still place an order?
You can order and pay through your PayPal account.

- What is your returns/ refunds policy?
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have a 30-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
